These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the Ki Kiya platform and its users ("you" or "member"). You are required to read these Terms in full before using Ki Kiya's services through the website, mobile app, or any other channel.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Any discrepancies in game results must be reported to support within 24 hours.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ki Kiya may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Failure to submit required documents for KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Members may request account closure at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing your account. Ki Kiya may apply a fee to balances on inactive accounts.

8 Limitation of Liability

Ki Kiya is not liable for the following:

• Games interrupted due to internet connectivity or device issues.
• If your account password becomes known to or is used by someone else.
• Failure of third-party services, such as payment gateways.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues.
• If Ki Kiya becomes prohibited in your country due to changes in local law.

Ki Kiya makes every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. Advance notice is generally given before any scheduled maintenance downtime.

9 Intellectual Property

Ki Kiya's website, app, logo, designs, content, and software are wholly owned by or licensed to Ki Kiya. Copying, distributing, or modifying any Ki Kiya content without written permission is prohibited.

Members are granted a limited licence to use Ki Kiya's services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence may not be transferred to any third party.

10 Changes to Terms

Ki Kiya may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, Ki Kiya will notify members via email or an in-platform notice. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published.

Continued use of Ki Kiya after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please stop using Ki Kiya and request account closure.

11 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Ki Kiya's licensing authority. For any dispute with Ki Kiya, please contact our support team first — most issues are resolved at this stage.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, Ki Kiya agrees to settle it through arbitration via an independent third party. The arbitrator's decision is binding on both parties.
